Before you fill out the permit application:
- Please read ALL INFORMATION carefully.
- Only COMPLETED applications will be processed.
- It is MANDATORY that all required documents and fees are submitted, refer to first page of instructions.
- Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of the results by our staff.

Code of the City of Cortland § 100-6. Fees.
A. Fees for building permits shall be:

| $501 to $2,000 |

| $2,001 to $5,000 | $50 |
| $5,001 to $25,000 |
$50 plus $7 for each additional $1,000 over $5,000 |
| $25,001 to $50,000 |
$200 plus $5 for each additional $1,000 over $25,000 |
| Over $50,000 |
$500 plus $4 for each additional $1,000 over $50,000 |
| Add $10.00 to the final cost for a Certificate of Compliance | |
