Trash Pickup
Trash must be in “City of Cortland” trash bags and at the curb by 7 am per the City Code. You may put trash out as early as 5 pm the day prior to your trash day. For information about your trash day, download Trash Collection Map or call the DPW office.
Our phone number is also on the City trash bags. Our current hauler is Casella Waste Systems.
Recycling
Recycle bins must also be at the curb by 7 am on trash day.
