DRI Building Redevelopment Program Now Open!

Applications for assistance under the Cortland Downtown Revitalization Initiative’s Building Redevelopment/Façade Lighting Program are now being accepted. The Program provides grant funding to downtown property owners for façade improvements, commercial improvements, residential improvements, façade lighting, sustainable energy projects, i.e. solar, and more. The Program has a second component specifically focused on facade lighting. Only buildings within the designated Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) boundaries are eligible. A map of the DRI area is included within the presentation. The due date for applications is July 30th, 2020 at 4pm. Below is a link to the information session on the Programs.
